You can find us at 735 Queen Street East Toronto, Ontario, M4M 1H1. 

The nearest public parking is Carpark 45 (Green P), at 111 Broadview Ave, Toronto, ON. This is just a short 1 minute walk from the venue.

The Opera House is within walking distance of many TTC routes including the 501, 503, 504B, 508, 301 and 304. The closest subway stations are Broadview Station and Queen Station. For more information, please visit ttc.ca.

Know Before You Go

Bag Policy

For everyone’s safety, security, and enjoyment, we ask all guests to bring only small clutches, belt bags, fanny packs, or clear (see-through) bags. This allows us to safely and efficiently screen and welcome fans into the event.

The maximum allowable bag size is 12” x 6” x 12” (30cm x 15cm x 30cm).

Backpacks and other oversized bags are not permitted in the venue. We strongly recommend leaving these items at home or in your car. If brought, you will be required to check them into coat check.

All event attendees and their belongings will be subject to a security search upon entry to the venue.

Payment Policy

The Opera House is now an entirely cashless venue, and only major credit cards, debit cards, and mobile forms of payment will be accepted at all events. Select points of sale at artist merchandise may still accept cash.

Box Office

All tickets purchased in advance must be done online.

Our box office is only open on the day of the show, starting at the time the doors open. Tickets sold at the box office on the day of the show are for that show only and are subject to availability. If the show sells out in advance, there will be no tickets available at the door. Door sales are cash only.

To guarantee entry, we strongly recommend purchasing tickets in advance online. This is the safest way to secure your spot at the show.

ACCESSIBILITY

The Opera House is a fully accessible venue, featuring a barrier-free restroom on the main floor and a portable ramp for easy access. We provide ample seating for all guests requiring assistance. There is no need to call or email us in advance to reserve seating.

We kindly suggest arriving 10-15 minutes before doors open, allowing our staff to assist you in reaching your seat with ease. If you would like to receive information about accommodations at our venue, or make arrangements for accommodation at our venue please email us at infoOH@livenation.com
